Social Media Specialist

Ashbourne

Salary: DOE

Key Responsibilities:

Day-to-day social media production (static images, short-form content, long-form videos), from script and storyboard to filming/photography and editing content tailored for SOSU’s social platforms, with a particular emphasis on Instagram and TikTok

Liaise with the Social Media
Manager on planning content that adheres to the company’s tone of voice and key
content pillars

Introduce fresh ideas and innovative concepts for SOSU’s social media platforms

Stay informed about industry
trends, emerging influencers, and new platforms to adapt and enhance SOSU’s
marketing strategies continuously

Aid the Social Media Manager in reporting and analysing the performance of social media campaigns and provide
insights on performance metrics

Ensuring the social content
calendar is constantly updated in-line with the business/marketing calendar

Daily monitor and actively engage with the SOSU community on social media platforms, respond to comments, questions, and feedback promptly, and build positive relationships with
followers and influencers

Provide administrative support
for daily publishing and scheduling content on the SOSU social media channels

Organise and take part in TikTok/ IG lives

Liaise with the Social Media
Manager on writing content briefs for Influencer partnerships, talent agencies
and UGC content creators

Key skills & experience

A bachelor’s degree in marketing, New Media or relevant other degree

Strong content creation and
editing skills (In shot, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro)

Someone confident and comfortable in front of a camera

Creative mindset with a passion for beauty and cosmetics

Strong communication and
copywriting skills

Ability to adapt to fast-paced
environments and stay up to date with the latest trends.

Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.

Experience with various social
platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest

Flexibility with working hours,
requiring availability during evenings or weekends to address community needs
and engagement alongside live events

Junior Account Executive

Ashbourne

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account
Executive to join our sales team at SOSU Cosmetics, a leading Makeup, Tanning
& Skincare brand in Ireland. As a Junior Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and contributing to the growth and
success of our company. This position requires a strong understanding of the
cosmetics and beauty industry, as well as excellent communication and
interpersonal skills.

 

Responsibilities:

Assist the sales team in managing and maintaining
relationships with existing clients.

Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing their
inquiries and providing excellent customer service.

Prepare sales presentations, product demonstrations, and
promotional materials for key account managers.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and plans.

Conduct market research to identify new business
opportunities and potential clients.

Collaborate with sales team to generate leads and follow up
on sales opportunities to achieve sales targets.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to clients.

Collaborate with Sales team to prepare sales reports and
analyze data to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to make informed recommendations and decisions.

Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to
represent the company and network with potential clients.

Assist in the development and execution of marketing
campaigns and initiatives to drive sales.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in the cosmetics or beauty industry.

Strong understanding of the cosmetics and beauty industry, including knowledge of makeup, tanning, and skincare products.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the
ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track
record of achieving sales targets.

Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work
independently and as part of a team.

Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Ability to travel to client meetings and industry events as required.
